300 Hour Advanced Pranayama & Meditation TTC

COURSE OVERVIEW

Our 300-hour Advanced Pranayama & Meditation TTC is a 29 day intensive program curated by Sudhir Rishi with his more than 30 years experience in this field.

There are 5 main objectives:

  1. Learn and Practice Pranayama & Meditation in the correct way

  2. Go deeper into your personal practice to help yourself

  3. Share your passion, knowledge and practice with others

  4. Conduct your own retreats and workshops

  5. (If you are interested) You can have enormous Spiritual growth.

(The 300s in comparison to 200s will go deeper into practices, learn advanced techniques, will understand the yogic and monk life, will go deeper to understand Samadhi and will gain more confidence to incorporate what they learn into their retreats and workshops)

The course curriculum is comprehensive which includes Theory and practice of Pranayama and Meditation, yoga philosophy, yogic lifestyle and ethics, yogic diet, Connection of Pranayama & Meditation to the anatomy and physiology. We go through the scientific background of Breathwork and Meditation, their impact on Nervous system, endocrine system and respiratory system. Based on Vedas and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, the course is tailor-made for you to teach Pranayama and Meditation with confidence and also to incorporate them into your Asana Teaching Classes, workshops and retreats.

Sthira Yoga is experienced in the traditional teaching of yoga which can be applied to present day needs. We encourage you to explore and be creative in your teaching style. At the end of the course you will be able to sequence your own sessions and also apply them into your daily life.

Once your credentials are accepted, you will be asked to pay a deposit of €400 as as an advance for the course fee. Your place on the course will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
