By the time you complete this course you would have taken your practice to the next level, learnt advanced pranayama techniques, Shodashi Kriya (Level 1), Pranayamas for different health conditions and how to share it with your students and also practice rejuvenating techniques.
60hr Yoga Philosophy Course
By the time you complete this course you would have learnt the overview of the Indian philosophy, important yoga sutras of Patanjali, detailed study of 8 limbs, complex philosophical concepts made simple and how to incorporate yoga philosophy into your life and classes.
40hr Meditation (Advanced) TTC
By the time you complete this course you would have taken your practice to the next level, learnt many meditation techniques like Mantra meditation, Mudra meditation, Chakra meditation, Panchakosha meditation and Trataka technique and how to teach.
60hr Pranayama & Meditation TTC
This course covers all important Pranayamas, theory, practice and sequencing of a class. Also you will learn the basics of Meditation, practice different techniques and sequencing a meditation session. By the time you complete this course you will be able to confidently teach Pranayama and Meditation.
40hr Yoga Nidra TTC
This course covers the theory of Yoga Nidra, its benefits on the body and mind, connection to Chakras, Pancha Koshas, State of relaxation and brain waves. You will practice different styles of Yoga Nidra. By the time you complete this course you will be able to develop your own style of Yoga Nidra and conduct classes.
