Our 7-Day Ashtanga Immersion is very unique course covering all the essentials of Ashtanga Primary Series and some elements of Secondary Series, practicing in the beautiful shala close to the beach.
COURSE DETAILS
Our Ashtanga Immersion is designed in a special way that brings out all elements of Ashtanga Primary series and some elements of Secondary series. It is a 6nights / 7 days course. This course will be held in the Shala close to the beach. This course is lead by Andreea Aradits. She is a passionate Ashtangi practicing every year in Mysuru. She was trained under Sri Sharath Jois.
This course covers:
Ashtanga Primary Series
Daily Practice of the complete series
Both lead and Mysore style practice
Alignment and Adjustments
Workshops to go deeper into the practice
Daily Meditation and Pranayama
Enough beach time to study, integrate and relax

FEE DETAILS
Early Bird Discount of 150 Euros 90 days / 75 Euros 60 days, before the course start date.
Double occupancy will be allotted only if two people come together.

Deposit 200 Euros to reserve your place which will be a part of the total course fee. Deposits are non-refundable but can be used for any in-person TTC starting at a later date.

Once your credentials are accepted, you will be asked to pay a deposit of €200 as as an advance for the course fee. Your place on the course will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
