COURSE OVERVIEW
Our 100 hour Advanced Vinyasa TTC is very unique All the essentials of Vinyasa flow are covered.
We give you all the tools, resources and thorough knowledge to learn, practice and to teach. You will experience the benefits of the practices in your body and mind. If you are looking to delve deeper into these practices, this course is for you.
COURSE DETAILS
1. Sequencing : You will Learn and master the principles of Intelligent sequencing to safe, dynamic, balanced and interesting vinyasa flows. You will also learn how to create Vinyasa flows to cater to different groups from beginners to advanced students. Also you will learn how to utilize the principles of Neuro Bio Mechanics to make the flows interesting and useful.
2.Teaching Methodology : You will learn how to improve your cueing, class management, adjusting the class depending on the group requirement and you will have a daily opportunity to teach to your peers under the guidance of the senior teacher.
3.Alignment & Adjustments : You will deepen your understanding about correct alignment and adjustments and also will be able to learn hands on adjustments to gain confidence to touch your students and give safe adjustments.
4.Transitions : You will learn safe and effective transitions during the flow. You will learn to creative and safe transitions based on the principles of anatomy and bio-mechanics.
5.Trauma Informed Yoga : You will learn different aspects of Trauma Informed yoga to make your classes safe, inclusive, empowering, healing and joyful.
6.Anatomy : Main focus will be on different Injuries and Injury prevention.
7.Workshops : Inversions, Arm Balance, Back bends and twists will be the focus.

FEE DETAILS
Early Bird Discount of 150 Euros 90 days / 75 Euros 60 days, before the course start date.
Double occupancy will be allotted only if two people come together.

Airport transfer from the school after completion of the course
Deposit 200 Euros to reserve your place which will be a part of the total course fee. Deposits are non-refundable but can be used for any in-person TTC starting at a later date.

Once your credentials are accepted, you will be asked to pay a deposit of €200 as as an advance for the course fee. Your place on the course will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
