Yoga Retreats 2024
For a number of years we have been designing and conducting retreats around Europe. And now, we bring to you the Retreats in Goa India.
These are on different themes. Themes to help you re-discover, reset and empower. They are an amazing blend of Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Ayurveda, Activities, Group discussions, Individual consultations and Plant based food.
Our retreats help you to give yourself the most required and deserving personal-time in a quiet place in the Nature where you can relax, rejuvenate, learn and contemplate.
We stay in a group of like minded people, sharing each one’s experience, sharing the space and energy and to be inspired. In our Silent Retreats we hold the space, impart a number of tools and create an environment where one can resolve deeper issues and recharge the batteries. These retreats can be upto 6 days. We also conduct half-day/one day workshops. We conduct them in collaboration with our local students and friends.
