Our online 50-hour Pranayama & Meditation Teacher Training course provides all the tools, resources, and content of in-person training, with the benefit of studying, learning, and practicing from the comfort of your home and at your own pace. The approach of the course is to provide a thorough knowledge of the basics of Pranayama and Meditation: to learn, to practice, and to teach.
